The Dutch capital spent $65 million to create a parking structure that can store 7,000 bicycles in a submerged facility at the city’s central train station.

While the Netherlands is already internationally famous for its excellent bicycle infrastructure, the new bike garage opening in Amsterdam this week arguably takes the Dutch cycle obsession to a new level.
