KIRO Newsradio Traffic Reporter

Seattle’s Department of Transportation just launched a new pilot program to motivate people to bike or scoot their way to transit.

SDOT’s Deputy Press Secretary Mariam Ali said those who use transit can take any bike or scooter share to select transit hubs and save up to $8 on trips, plus discounted trips, free mobile transit tickets, and transit-go reward points to use on future trips.

Ali says the program will last until March 31, 2023 (or until funding runs out) and encourages those interested to read more of the details.
